My dogs love them full of omega-3 I use them as treats. 1k bag goes a long way.
The bone and meat ration is good, but it is a bit mushy, so over minced perhaps. I tend to feed it partially frozen to overcome this.

Please see my review on the Lamb Mince …. The beef/chicken has gone down a treat too. Can’t praise this food enough. Max is a large GSD (58kg) eats 1 - 1.5kgs a day - he’s fussy but we’ve finally found a food he loves. And the shop is not far do we will visit soon🐾🐾♥️
Our GSD is a fussy eater, is not food motivated and has been on raw since his breeder weaned him. At long last, after nearly 4 years of trying various makes and manufacturers I think we’ve found a food he will eat without being hand fed, coaxed and a complete pain!!! To say I’m relieved is an understatement!! Can’t wait to visiting to the shop and discover other delights…
Our English Pointer has suffered from bouts of diarrhoea for a long period and despite many changes in diet we were at our wits end. I stumbled across this site and remembered my mother had used tripe with our dogs many years ago. I promptly ordered the frozen beef and tripe mix and I was blown away by the quality of the product, the delivery service and the packaging. The price is very good also.
Our dog craves for his dinner each day now and he’s not had any loose bowel movements since being on this product.

Food should have arrived Friday.
Got notified it would arrive 2 pm than 5 pm than at 9pm got noticed it is returned to warehouse
Saturday it was delivered at 2.03pm 20 minutes before 48 hour delivery deadline refused delivery because food was completely de frosted delivery driver got very angry left one box which I gave to various family dogs my dogs and friends to get rid of it as refused to freeze it up again.
Still hope the company will sort it out as I can’t afford to loose £180
Would have given it five stars but one block when thawed out didn't smell right puppy wouldn't touch it the rest was fine.
Our Labrador thrives on this food. The product was well packaged and staff were helpful.

I have 5 medium sized dogs and they never turn their noses up at this food, unlike other raw food that I offer them. Good value for money.

I have been using “they love it” for a couple of years now, my Ziggy is a cross Chihuahua and Brussels griffon, so quite small about jack russell size.
I have fed him the chicken complete and the beef and chicken complete. He is thriving on it, beautiful coat, sweetish breath and good firm poos!!!!! Would recommend they love it to anybody.
My first purchase, I loved how simple the whole process was, literally click, pay, delivered. My hounds absolutely love the tripe, my nose not so much..
Ordering was simple, delivery very efficient including notification of date and time. The blocks aren’t individually wrapped, therefore you have to be organised with how to store, but considering the cost, it’s worth the slight extra effort needed to pack into freezer bags.
Lucy has had the large fish but we tried the sprats which were more of the perfect size and she loves them. Great value for money. Will buy again

The dogs love it! Genuinely, the switch to raw food has totally changed them, they are excited for their food now and not just sniffing and grazing their old dry food through the day! Gone in an instant!
Good communication from both vendor and courier. Our adult German Shepherd isn't enthuastic and doesn't eat the product with gusto as he does the raw product from Nature's Menu.
Expected the blocks to be wrapped. Evri driver left the box on my front door step, in full sun, so the blocks had started to defrost. Once in the freezer, the blocks stuck together. Evri driver didn't ring the doorbell either - it's a Ring doorbell Thankfully, my husband was at home but the delivery had been in full sun, in spite of 'leave in the shade' clearly printed on the box. Email stated that a picture will be taken of the delivery box in my 'open doorway' - door was closed in the picture.
My three dogs love it and thrive on it. It’s easy to defrost the one kg block and divide it into smaller portions.
I feel this is the best quality food on the market because it has no additives .

I usually buy the chicken or chicken and veg, but decided to give the beef and chicken a try for my two standard poodles and they absolutely love it. It’s great quality and good value for money. The 20kg box usually lasts me three weeks. I will be continuing to purchase all my dogs food from theyloveit as they really do love it .
I've been a customer for years and have just discovered the Maldon shop. The pickup could not have been easier. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and the usual excellent product at an even better price. Packaging is simpler so no polystyrene cool box to break up after filling the freezer (I wrapped the box in a dog blanket). Recommended.
