Expected the blocks to be wrapped. Evri driver left the box on my front door step, in full sun, so the blocks had started to defrost. Once in the freezer, the blocks stuck together. Evri driver didn't ring the doorbell either - it's a Ring doorbell Thankfully, my husband was at home but the delivery had been in full sun, in spite of 'leave in the shade' clearly printed on the box. Email stated that a picture will be taken of the delivery box in my 'open doorway' - door was closed in the picture.

My 54 kilo bull mastiff doesn’t normally run, but when she gets the sniff of they love it tripe, mixed in with chicken mix… she knows there’s something good in the bowl !

Both of my girlies are rescue dogs with many issues resulting from their previous trauma. My west highland white terrier had no hair on her when she was first adopted so I knew I had to get her on easily digestible food. Raw green beef tripe is absolutely the finest choice to allow the system to kick in to absorb all the goodness without much waste. The chicken with bone is a complete meal without giving biscuits which can upset delicate tummies. I am so very happy to have these feeds delivered to my door without any fuss or bother. “they love it” have thought of everything and provide a really satisfactory service.
