Postal Customers

The last posting day for all online postal orders  (except for those customers on a 2 day delivery service, in which case the last delivery day will be Wednesday 18th December) via DPD courier will be:

Thursday 19th December 

You must order by 10am on Thursday 19th December for delivery on Friday 20th.

Important: We always post out via next day delivery and 99% of the deliveries do arrive next day but on the odd occasion when there has been a delay of some sort at DPD's end, the order has not arrived until the following day which isn't usually a problem as the products are packed to stay frozen for up to 48 hours. However, because DPD will not deliver the goods on a Saturday a delay would lead to the goods being disposed of because they would then be outside of the 48 hours and as Thursday 19th is our last post before Christmas, we will not be able to sort a replacement out for you until we return in the New Year which could leave you without dog food.

There will be no further post dispatched until Thursday 2nd/Monday 6th January 2020 for delivery on Friday 3rd January/Tuesday 7th January. We cannot specify which day your order will be dispatched/delivered as this will depend on the volume of post so it will go out over those 2 days.​

Orders placed between 10.01am on Thursday 19th December and 8am on Thursday 2nd January will be dispatched on Thursday 2nd January and Monday 6th January

Christmas Eve -CLOSED

Christmas Day & Boxing Day -CLOSED

Friday 27th December -CLOSED

 **Saturday 28th December -9:30am - 12pm

**There will be no pre-bookable collections for this day but the shop will have bulk mince in stock for drop in customers which will be available on a first come, first served basis

Monday 30th December - 9:30am - 3pm

Tuesday 31st January - CLOSED

New Year's Day - CLOSED

**Thursday 2nd January - 9:30am - 5pm

Friday 3rd January - shop and collections as usual -9:30am - 4pm

Office Opening/Closing Times

​The office will be closed from Monday 23rd December at 3pm and will reopen on Thursday 2nd January at 9:30am. We will be unable to answer phone calls or emails during this time
